Return and Refund Policy – Globizz RDJ

Thank you for shopping at Globizz RDJ. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.


Returns

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare or beauty products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards


Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@globizzrdj.com.


Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • If you're returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
